| 摘 要： | 目的探讨巴曲酶经颈动脉直接注射治疗与常规治疗进展性脑梗死病人的疗效比较。方法将入选的74例脑梗死随机分成两组:治疗组(A组)为经颈动脉注射巴曲酶38例,方法为采用直接经颈动脉注射生理盐水20 mL+巴曲酶5.0 U后,再给予常规治疗;对照组(B组)为常规治疗组36例,两组的其他与常规治疗相同。14 d后,观察疗效和不良反应。结果 A组:显效率为97.3%;B组显效率为72.2%。结论颈动脉注射巴曲酶治疗脑梗死的疗效,显著高于常规治疗组的疗效(P<0.01)。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the efficacy of direct carotid artery injection Batroxobin with Conventional treatment.Methods 74 cases of cerebral infarction patients were randomly divided into two groups,38 cases in the carotid artery injection of Batroxobin group was treated with direct carotid artery injection of saline 20 mL+5.0 U Batroxobin,36 cases of control group.Both two groups were treated by the same other conventional therapy.The efficacy and adverse reactions were observed 14 days after the injection.Results Group A: markedly effective rate was 97.3%;and in group B remarkable efficiency of 72.2%.Conclusion Carotid artery injection venous Batroxobin in treating cerebral infarction was significantly higher than the efficacy of contrast group(P<0.01). |
