| 摘 要： | 目的探讨新鲜跟腱断裂急诊手术的优点。方法收集2006-01～2010-12间,采取新鲜跟腱断裂急诊手术治疗41例。结果全部病例均随访,按Amer-lindholm评定法全优,并胜任其工作。结论新鲜跟腱断裂急诊手术,手术方式简单,最大程度保留肌腱功能,减少病残。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the advantages of fresh achilles tendon rupture emergency surgery.Methods Collect 41 cases who took the fresh achilles tendon rupture emergency surgical treatment during January 2006 to December 2010.Results All patients were followed up with excellent evaluation method according to Amer-lindholm and competent work.Conclusion The surgical approach of fresh achilles tendon rupture emergency surgery is simple.It can retain the greatest degree of tendon function,and reduce disability. |
