肺炎支原体肺炎患儿合并心肌损害的临床意义

目的探讨肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)合并心肌损害后的影响及早期干预治疗意义。方法对23例临床确诊为MPP肺炎合并心肌损害患儿的临床资料进行回顾分析。结果收治200例MPP患儿中,合并心肌损害者23例,占11.5%。胸闷、喜叹气、心前区不适均见于年长儿,其他病例缺乏心血管系统异常症状。本文23例均有2项或多项心肌酶增高,及心肌肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)均增高。23例心电图检查中,异常19例,占82.6%。结论 MPP可合并心肌损害,多数患儿常无特殊主诉,尤其婴幼儿症状、体征不典型,容易漏诊。因此,对患MPP进行相关检查,早诊断、早治疗、预后良好。

Clinical Significance of Child Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Pneumonia Complicated Myocardial Damage

Objective To investigate Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP) complicated with myocardial damage and early intervention significance.Methods 23 cases of clinically diagnosed as MPP complicated with myocardial damage in children were observed.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results Among total 200 cases of child MPP,23 cases complicated with myocardial injury(11.5%).Chest tightness,sighing and the precordial indisposition were not seen in older children,and other cases lack of abnormalities of the cardiovascular system.2 or more cardiac enzymes increased in all 23 patients,myocardial creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB) were all increased,ECG abnormal in 19 cases(82.6%).Conclusion MPP with myocardial damage often without chief complaint in the majority of child patients,especially in infants and young children,signs and symptoms are not typical,easily missed.Susceptibility to MPP check,early diagnosis,early treatment,the prognosis is good.
