| 摘 要： | 目的探讨检测CYC在高血压、糖尿病等患者中,其早期肾脏损害的诊断价值。方法免疫比浊法生化测定30例高血压病人,30例糖尿病病人,20例健康对照人的血清CYC含量。并同时测定血清的尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(CRE)含量。结果高血压、糖尿病等患者中,早期肾脏损害均出现CYC升高,且与尿微量白蛋白检测结果相符。结论 CYC是反映早期肾功能损伤的敏感可靠指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of CYC at early stage of renal injury in hypertension and diabetes patient.Methods 30 cases of hypertension,30 cases of diabetes and 20 healthy adults were detected with ITM method,while the BUN,CRE were detected.Results The CYC had increased compared with urine microalbumin in early stage of renal injury of hypertension and diabetes patients.Conclusion CYC might be a sensitive and reliable data to detect the renal injury in early stage. |
