氯诺昔康超前镇痛在无痛人工流产术中的应用

目的探讨氯诺昔康超前镇痛对无痛人工流产患者术后腹部疼痛情况的影响。方法本文100例进行无痛人工流产患者,随机分为实验组(氯诺昔康)和对照组。实验组入室开放右上肢静脉通路后,立即给予氯诺昔康8.0 mg,静注,随后两组均以芬太尼1.0μg/kg,丙泊酚1.5～2.0 mg/kg,静注,使患者入睡后手术。术后记录患者各时点腹部疼痛情况及恶心、呕吐和皮疹等不良反应发生情况。结果两组术后不良反应发生率无明显差异,实验组术后各时点腹部无痛率明显高于对照组。结论氯诺昔康超前镇痛能明显缓解无痛人流患者术后腹部疼痛情况。

Application of Lornoxicam for Preemptive Analgesia in Painless Induced Abortion

Objective To evaluate effects of lornoxicam for preemptive analgesia in patients undergoing painless induced abortion.Methods 100 patients with ASA grade I~II,aged 20~45,were randomly divided into experimental group(lornoxicam) and control group.Patients in experimental group received lornoxicam i.v.8.0 mg before induction.All cases were given 1.0 μg/kg fentanil and 1.5~2.0 mg/kg propofol intravenously when operation.The abdominal pain and side effects such as nausea,vomiting and skin-rash were recorded.Results Patients in experimental group reported significantly lower pain compared to control group.There were no significantly differences between two groups in side effects.Conclusion Lornoxicam administered preemptively appears to improve the quality of postoperative analgesia in patients undergoing painless induced abortion.
