经鼻内镜鼻骨骨折合并鼻中隔骨折复位19例分析

目的探讨经鼻内镜鼻骨骨折合并鼻中隔骨折复位的治疗。方法①鼻骨骨折复位术;②鼻中隔成形术。结果术后19例患者均治愈,其中所有患者鼻中隔骨折矫正理想,无鼻中隔穿孔及血肿等并发症,随诊3个月无复发;2例鼻骨骨折复位欠佳,病人系鼻骨粉碎性骨折,于术后1周再次行单纯鼻骨复位后,外鼻形状满意。结论经鼻内镜鼻骨骨折复位及鼻中隔成形术治疗鼻骨骨折合并鼻中隔骨折,定位准确,同时保留了鼻中隔的支架功能,改善了鼻腔功能,减少了并发症的发生,显著提高了患者的生活质量。

Reduction of Nasal Bone Fracture Complicated with Nasal Septum Fracture Via Endoscopic: Analysis of 19 Cases

Objective To discuss the endoscopic reduction of nasal bone fracture complicated with nasal septum fracture.Methods ①reduction of nasal bone fracture;②septoplasty.Results 19 cases of postoperative patients were cured,including all patients with nasal septum fracture correction ideal,without perforation of the nasal septum and complications such as hematoma,followed up for 3 months without recurrence;2 cases of nasal bone fracture reduction is poor,the patient of nasal bone comminuted fracture,satisfied with the 1 postoperative week again simple nasal bone reduction.Conclusion Endoscopic nasal bone fracture reduction and nasal septum plasty might be accurate positioning,retaining the nasal septum support function,improve the nasal function,reduced the complication formation,significantly improve the quality of life of patients in the treatment of nasal bone fracture combined with nasal septum fracture.
