耳鼻咽喉临床教学改革

摘    要:目的:总结北京大学第三医院2000级七年制临床医学专业耳鼻咽喉科见习教学经验。方法:改革现有的教学模式,调整教学计划,增加见习课时,实行分散见习,强调记录见习笔记,将笔记和见习后的讨论相结合。结果:培养出来的学生不仅具备一定的专业知识和较强的临床能力,而且学习兴趣明显提高。结论:耳鼻咽喉专业教学方法的改革激发了学生的学习兴趣和求知欲望,明显提高了耳鼻咽喉科教学质量。

Abstract:Objective:To summarize the experiences in otolaryngology teaching for seven-year education system students in class'2000 at Peking University Third Hospital during a period of noviciate.Method:A reform of the current teaching model was put in practice, which includes redesigning curriculum, increasing the amount of clinical time, teaching on a small-group base, emphasizing note-taking, and discussing with the use of problem-oriented clinical note.Result:The students received higher clinical grades and more clinical skills. They were more likely to retain their initial interest in or switch their preference to careers in otolaryngology.Conclusion:The teaching reform successfully promotes student interest in otolaryngology, and markedly increases the quality of otolaryngology teaching.
