淮河水系淮南段医学贝类调查及耳萝卜螺生态的研究

目的调查淮河水系淮南段常见的医学贝类,并且明确耳萝卜螺的生态习性,以期为尾蚴性皮炎的防制提供理论依据。方法于2005～2006年在淮河水系淮南段通过现场调查和实验室饲养对耳萝卜螺的生境、食性、生长繁殖、季节消长、孳生密度、扩散等情况进行研究。结果淮河水系淮南段医学贝类共有8种,隶属于腹足纲4科7属。耳萝卜螺3月上旬开始出土活动,3～10月为其繁殖、生长活动期,11月初开始越冬。结论耳萝卜螺在淮河水系分布广泛,是毛毕属吸虫在该水域流行的主要中间宿主。

Investigation on the medical mollusca and ecological study on Radix zuricularia in Huainan section of the Huaihe River

Objective To investigate the species of medical mollusca in the Huaihe river and identify ecologic habits of Radix auricularia clearly, so as to provide theory for prevent the cercarial dermatitis. Methods In 2005- 2006, through spot investigation and experimental rear to study the habitat, food habit, growth and reproduction, seasonal distribution, breed density, migration of R. auricularia in Huainan section of the Huaihe River system, the ecologic habits of it have been verified mainly. Results There are 8 species medical mollusca in Huainan section of the Huaihe River, they were attached to 4 families and 7 genera of Gastropoda. The snail began to come out of clod and act in the first ten days of March, its vegetative activity stage was from March to October, it hibernates at the beginning of November. Conclusion Radix auricularia is widely dispersed over Huaihe riverside, it is main intermediate host of Trichobiharzia in this water area.
