针刺治疗胃术后综合征临床疗效观察

方法：将68例胃术后综合征患者，随机分为针刺组和药物组。结果：针刺组有效率94.4%，药物组有效率78.1%，两组疗效比较，经Ridit分析，P＜0.05，说明差异有显著性意义；两组血象差异比较无显著性意义（P＞0.05），治疗前与治疗后1月两组血象有显著意义（P＜0.05）。结论：针刺组疗效优于药物组，针刺能够促进术后患者康复。

Therapeutic Effect of Acupuncture on Postgastrectomy Syndrome

Methods Sixty-eight cases of postgastrectomy syndrome were randomly divided into acupuncture group and medicinal group.Results The effective rate was 94.4% in the acupuncture group and 78.1% in the medicinal group,with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in hemagram,but there was a significant difference(P<0.05) before treatment and one month after treatment between the two groups.Conclusion The therapeutic effect of acupuncture group is superior to that of medicinal group and acupuncture can promote recovery of post-operation for the patient.
