紫外线照射充氧自血回输疗法对淋巴细胞膜流动性的影响

摘    要:用芘为荧光探讨,观察9例脑血管病患者紫外线照射充氧自由回输疗法(UBIO)治疗前后淋巴细胞膜流动性变化。结果表明,两者单、双体荧光强度比值及荧光偏振度的变化,差异均无显著性(P〉0.05)。提示血液在紫外线3.84J/cm^2剂量照射后,未引起淋巴细胞膜明显损伤效应,为临床应用提供依据。

Abstract:Using the fluorescence method,the fluidity of lymphocyte membrane was tested in 9 cases with cerebrovascular disease before and after UBIO treatment.The result showed that ratio of single and double layer of fluorescent intensity or the change of degree of polarization weren't difference(P>0.05).It is suggested that after irradiation of ultraviolet(3.84J/cm2),the lpophocyte membrane has not been damaged obviously.It provides a basis of clinical practice
