足部热水浴对脑血管动力学的影响

为观察热水浴对脑血管动力学的影响，采用上海研制的ＣＷ－１００脑血管动力学参数分析仪，对３０例脑血管疾病患者定量分析足部热水浴前后脑血管血流速度、血流量、外周阻力及血管弹性变化。结果表明，治疗后平均脑血流速度、外周阻力均有明显改善，达到治疗效果。但特征性阻抗变化不明显，说明血管弹性变化不大，血流速度增加，符合脑动脉的力学特性。

Influence of Plantar Hot-Water Bath on Cerebrovascular Hemodynamics

Using the cerebrovascular hemodynamic analyzer with CW-100 made in Shanghai to observe the cerebrovascular hemodynamic parameter,30 cases with cerebrovascular disease were measured before and after the plantar hot-water bath.The result showed that velocity of blood-now in brain and peripheral resistance were obviously improved after the treatment.But the blood pressure,cardiac rhythm and characteristic impedance were not changed remarkably.It is suggested that the elasticity of vessels wasn't alterative significantly.The increase of blood-flow in brain is accordedwith the property of cerebral hemodynamics.
