| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨失血性休克早期血小板计数值的变化及其可能的作用。方法:用快速放血并维持低血压的方法复制50只狗失血性休克模型,观察休克前、休克30 min及回输血抢救后30 min时,血小板计数值的变化情况。结果:失血性休克30 min时,血小板计数值较休克前显著升高(P<0.01);经回输血后30 min时,血小板计数值回落至休克前水平(P>0.05)。结论:失血性休克早期血小板计数值明显增高;经回输血后,血小板计数值可以恢复正常。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the change of platelet counting in early blood-losing shock and its potential function.Methods: Duplicated blood-losing shock models with 50 dogs by letting blood quickly and maintaining the low pressure.Observe the change in the counting values of platelet before the shock,30 minutes after the shock and 30 minutes after the transfusion.Results: The counting value of platelet went up more considerably than that before the shock(P>0.01).But 30 minutes after the transfusion,the value went back to the level before the shock(P<0.05).Conclusion: Early in the blood-losing shock,the counting value of platelet goes up evidently;after the transfusion,the value can return to normal. |
