| 摘 要： | 肾性血尿,病位在肾,责之肾失封藏。五脏病变导致血尿的病理性质为虚实夹杂,脾虚、肾虚与血尿有密切关系,同时两脏又相互影响。虚证实证,血尿均是离经之血,必有瘀血之虞。瘀血证贯穿始终,肝虚则气滞,气滞则血瘀,肝肾阴虚则相火偏亢,煎熬阴液,血液黏稠而为瘀。
