布地奈德吸入治疗小儿急性感染性喉炎的疗效分析

目的观察布地奈德（BUD）吸入对小儿急性感染性喉炎的疗效。方法将120例患儿随机分为两组，治疗组60例，给予雾化吸入BuD混悬液；对照组60例．给予地塞米松（DXM）雾化吸入。观察用药后患儿症状体征改善及疗效情况。结果治疗组经治疗后症状、体征改善及消失天数、疗效等各项指标，均明显优于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论急性感染性喉炎患儿在抗感染等常规治疗的同时，加用BuD吸人治疗，对改善症状体征、缩短病程，明显优于DxM吸人治疗，且疗效显著。
