宫颈癌根治术后不同导尿管管理方法对膀胱功能恢复的影响

目的:探讨宫颈癌根治术后不同导尿管管理方法对膀胱功能恢复的影响.方法:将133例宫颈癌根治术后患者随机分为实验组66例和对照组67例,实验组采用低压潮式引流+间断放尿的导尿管管理方法,对照组仅给予间断放尿的导尿管管理方法,观察并比较两组术后膀胱功能的恢复情况.结果:两组术后首次拔出导尿管后膀胱功能恢复成功率比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01);二次置管率及泌尿系统感染率比较有显著性差异(P<0.05).结论:低压潮式引流+间断放尿的导尿管管理方法,能起到训练膀胱括约肌功能的作用,可缩减宫颈癌根治术后患者留置导尿管的时间,提高首次拔出导尿管后膀胱功能恢复的成功率,从而减轻患者的痛苦.

Impact of different management methods of urethral catheter on the recovery of bladder function of the patients after radical operation of cervical cancer

Objective: To study the impact of different management methods of urethral catheter on the recovery of bladder function of the patients after radical operation of cervical cancer. Methods: 133 patients who received radical operation of cervical cancer were randomly divided into experimental group (n=66) and control group (n=67). The methods of low - pressure Cheyne - drainage plus intermittent release of urine were applied in experimental group and intermittent release of urine was only taken in control group, observing and comparing the recovery of bladder function of the patients between the two groups. Results: There were significant differences between the two groups in the comparison of the success rate of the bladder function recovery when the catheters were pulled out for the first time (P<0.01) ; the rate of two-time catheterization and urinary tract infection rates were significantly different P<0. 05) . Conclusion: The low - pressure Cbeyne - drainage plus intermittent release of u-fine may be helpful for the training of bladder sphincter, which can shorten the indwelling time of catheter and improve the suc-cess rate of bladder function recovery after radical operation of cervical cancer so as to reduce the suffering of patients.
