| 摘 要： | 目的 :评价莲芯雪“清咽利火”的功效和安全性。方法 :采用二甲苯致小鼠耳壳肿胀、蛋清致小鼠足跖浮肿法、醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性法、小鼠棉球肉芽肿法 ,观察莲芯雪的抗炎作用 ;通过小鼠急性毒性实验初步评价莲芯雪的安全性。结果 :莲芯雪对小鼠耳、足肿胀、腹腔毛细血管通透性、棉球肉芽肿均有抑制作用 ;急性毒性试验测得最大耐受量 (MTD)为 14 5 8g/kg。结论 :莲芯雪对急慢性炎症有较好的抑制作用 ,大量服用无急性毒性反应。

| Abstract: | Objective:To assess the efficiency and security of Lotus-pumule-ice on throat clearing and lung-heat soothing.Methods:Xylene-induced mice ear bulge,egg white-induced rats toes swelling,acetic acid-induced mice belly capillary osmosis,cotton-pill-implantation-induced rats granulation hyperplasia,were used to observe the anti-inflammatory effects of Lotus-plumule-ice in comparison with water;and acute toxicity experiment was used to evaluate the safety.Results:The results showed that Lotus-plumule-ice was superior to water in inhibiting rats toes swelling,mice ear swelling and capillary osmosis,and in decreasing the acetic-acid-induced mice writhing times;the maximum tolerance dose(MTD) of Lotus-plumule-ice was 145.8g/kg.Conclusions:It indicates that the Lotus-plumule-ice beverage has anti-inflammatory effects while no acute toxic reaction in bulk use. |
