| 摘 要： | 以成年老年人股骨颈部松质骨为材料，采用酶法建立人成骨细胞体外模型，结果示：（１）来源于松质骨的成骨细胞早期以多角形、梭形为主，后期以梭形为主；（２）成骨细胞早期有黑色颗粒分泌，２ 周后出现黑色结节；（３）骨钙素的分泌以第１４ 天左右达到最高，以后则递减。本法有取材方便，可得到大量、纯化的成骨细胞的优点。

| Abstract: | Human trabecular bone specimans of femoral neck from younger and older patients were obtained.The model of osteoblast In Vitro was built by zymolysis.The result show:(1)Osteoblast derived from trabecular bone existed by polygonal or spidle-shaped in the early time and shidle-shaped in the late.(2)Black granules produced by osteoblast in early time.Black nodules apeared after two weeks.(3)the amount of bone morphogenetic protein (BGP) produced in the forteens is more than the other days.It can obtain more and pure osteoblast by this method. |
