摘    要:选用3具新鲜尸体整段颈椎标本制成颈椎生物力学模型,观察了旋转手法对颈椎间盘粘弹性的影响。结果:旋转手法可降低颈椎间盘的蠕变与应力松弛速率.调整颈椎间盘的粘弹性与应力分布。结论:手法可提高颈椎的稳定性,但临床上颈椎手法操作的力度要恰当.理筋手法的时间可掌握在15分钟左右。

Abstract:We made a cervical spine biomechanical model by using three cadavers sample,observe the effect of rotation manipulation on cervical disc. The result show that rotation manipulation can reduce the pace of creep and rate of stress relaxation of cervical disc, hence demonstrating that rotation manipulation has an effect on adjustment of the stickiness elasticity, and stress distribution. It also demostrate that rotation manipulation can enhance the stability of cervical spine. Note: In clinic,the srength of manipulation should be proper and the duration is less than 15 minutes.
