新冠肺炎疫情期间定点医院远程会诊平台的改进与应用实践

为应对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情，武汉多家新型冠状病毒肺炎定点医院应用了远程会诊平台。远程会诊平台采用3层部署模式，包括改造医院会诊中心、搭建科室会诊平台和接入个人终端，加强了定点医院之间、院内污染区与清洁区之间、支援医疗队与外地专家之间的交流，实现了跨医院、跨学科会诊，协助医疗团队完善了新冠肺炎患者的救治方案，提高了危重症患者的治愈率，降低了死亡率，在提高医疗质量的同时避免了交叉感染。

Improvement and application of remote consultation platform in designated hospitals during the outbreak of COVID-19 infection pneumonia

The remote consultation platform was used in a number of designated hospitals in Wuhan for the admission and treatment of COVID-19 infection pneumonia patients during the outbreak of COVID-19 infection pneumonia. The platform improved the communication between the designated hospitals, between the in-hospital contaminated and clean areas, and between the support medical teams and experts from other hospitals outside Wuhan, realized the cross-hospital and cross-discipline consultation, helped the medical teams to improve their treatment plan for the COVID-19 infection pneumonia patients, increased the curative rate and reduced the death rate of critical COVID-19 infection pneumonia patients, avoided the cross infection and improved the medical treatment as a three-level deployment mode was applied in it, including a modified center for hospital consultation, a developed platform for department consultation, and a built-in terminal for personal access.
