案例教学法在呼吸科护理规范化培训中的应用

摘    要:目的 探讨案例教学法在呼吸科护理规范化培训中的应用效果 方法 构建呼吸科规范化培训护理教学案例库,2018年7月-12月在我科规范化培训的16名护士设为对照组,2019年1月-6月在我科规范化培训的16名护士设为实验组,对照组采用常规护理教学法,实验组实施案例教学,采用临床工作能力实境考核、专科理论与专科护理操作考核、住院患者对护理服务满意度对两组护士进行评价。结果 构建了16个呼吸科规范培训护理教学案例,内容包括疾病相关知识、案例摘要、护理风险评估、护理问题与措施、案例相关知识、参考文献6部分。临床工作能力实境考核中专业知识、病情评估、护理程序、应变处理等指标在两组存在差异,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);专科理论考核得分、专科护理操作考核得分在两组间存在差异,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);住院患者护理服务满意度总分、健康教育得分、出院指导得分在两组间存在差异,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05) 结论 构建的呼吸科规范化培训护理教学案例库专科性强、针对性强,通过案例教学法能够提高新入职护士临床工作能力,提高住院患者对护理服务满意度。

Application of case-based teaching of standardized training nursing in respiratory department
Abstract:Objective To explore the construction and application effect of cases pool of standardized training nursing teaching in respiratory department.Methods The cases pool of standardized training nursing teaching in respiratory department was constructed,which concluded clinical work ability assessment, specialty theory and specialty nursing operation assessment, and inpatients'' satisfaction with nursing service.The cases-based teching was conducted for Sixteen new nurses.In the Control Group, 16 nurses were given routine nursing instruction.Results Totally 16 teching cases were developed, including disease related knowledge, case summary, nursing risk assessment, nursing problems and measures, case related knowledge and references.There were significant differences between the two groups in terms of professional knowledge, disease assessment, nursing procedures, and strain management (P<0.05). There were significant differences between the two groups in the scores of specialist theoretical assessment and specialist nursing operation assessment (P<0.05). There were significant differences between the two groups in the scores of inpatient nursing service satisfaction, health education and discharge guidance (P<0.05).Conclusion The cases pool of standardized training nursing teaching in respiratory department is specialized and targeted, and the case teaching method could improve the clinical work ability of new nurses, and also improve the satisfaction degree of inpatients to nursing service.
