妈富隆与雌激素治疗青春期功血临床疗效观察

目的 探讨妈富隆与雌激素对青春期功能失调性子宫出血的治疗效果.方法 将63例青春期功能失调性子宫出血患者进行随机分组,治疗组33人,采用妈富隆治疗,对照组30人,采用雌激素治疗,根据观察结果,分析探讨两组的疗效.结果 在控制出血上两组差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,但妈富隆治疗组止血时间和有效率为（24.78±9.93）h和97.0%,明显优于雌激素对照组的（72.44±20.08）h和76.7%,而且副作用比对照组明显较少.结论 妈富隆治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血的效果好,安全,简单,副作用少.

Research of the therapeutic effect of marvelon and estrogen in treating puberty dysfunctional uterine bleeding

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of marvelon and estrogen in treating puberty dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods 63 patients with puberty dysfunctional uterine bleeding were divided randomly into two groups ：33 patients in treating group treated by marvelou and 30 patients in control group treated by estrogen. Then analysed and evaluated the therapeutic effect of the two groups according to results. Results There was no difference between the two groups in controlling hemorrhage, but marvelon contolled bleeding completely in （ 24.78 ± 9.93 ） h and the effect rate was 97.0%, which were better obviously than control group whose results were （ 72.44 ± 20. 08 ） h and 76. 6%. Conclusion In the therapeutic effect of marvelon and estrogen in treating, marvelon is effective, safe, simple and has few side effects.
