麻仁软胶囊和果导片治疗老年功能性便秘比较

目的 对比分析麻仁软胶囊和果导片治疗老年功能性便秘临床效果.方法 笔者所在医院2009年2月～2011年3月收治的90例老年功能性便秘患者,将其随机分为两组,A组45例服用麻仁软胶囊组,B组45例服用果导片.观察并记录患者的便秘改善情况以及服药后反应.结果 治疗后A组大便异常分数明显低于B组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.A组和B组的治疗总有效率分别为88.9%和60%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 麻仁软胶囊在治疗老年功能性便秘上效果比果导片好,可以在临床用药中推广.

Analysis of the effective of Maren soft capsules and Guodao tablets in treatment of elderly functional constipation

Objective To compare the effective of Maren soft capsules and Guedao tablets in treatment of elderly functional constipation（FC）. Methods From February 2009 to March 2011, 90 cases of elderly patients with FC treated in the hospital were divided into two groups, group A（ n =45 ） taking March soft capsules, and group B（ n =45 ） taking Guodao tablets. Improvements in constipation and medication response of patients were observed and recorded. Results The abnormal stool score of the group A was significantly lower than that of the group B （P 〈 0.05 ）. The total effective rate was significantly higher in the group A （88.9%） than that in the group B （60%）, respectively （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Maren soft capsule is better than Guodao in the treatment of FC, which can be widely used in clinical.
