LEEP刀宫颈环形电切术治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变临床疗效观察

目的 探讨LEEP刀宫颈环形电切术在宫颈上皮内瘤变治疗中的临床价值.方法 回顾性分析笔者所在医院2010年9月～2011年11月117例宫颈上皮内瘤变CINⅠ～Ⅲ级患者应用LEEP刀环形切除术治疗的临床疗效及病理检查结果.结果 阴道镜下多点活检与LEEP病理检查完全相符者占78.6%（92/117）,治愈率为95.7%（112/117）.结论 LEEP刀切除宫颈上皮内瘤变具有操作简单、安全等优势,易取得患者认同,值得临床推广应用.

The efficacy analysis of cervical loop electrOsurgical excision procedure for cervical intraepitheliai neoplasia

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of LEEP ring electrosurgical excision in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia. Methods LEEP ring electrosurgical excision was used to diagnose and treat 117 cases with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia -like lesions. To analyze its curative effect and pathological changes. Results The correspondence rate was 78.6% by comparing multi - points alive examination under the vagina mirror with LEEP pathological examination, the recovery rate was 95.7% （ 112/117 ）.
