弹性针钩辅助经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除在基层医院的应用

目的探讨自制弹性针式拉钩辅助经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术的可行性与优点。方法回顾宁阳县第一人民医院2009年9月-2011年9月利用弹性针钩辅助经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术56例的临床资料。结果56例手术均获成功。手术时间30～120min，平均（754-32）rain，术中出血3-10ml，平均（5±5）ml。术后24h胃肠功能恢复并进食。住院时间3～5d，平均4．5d，术后2周复查腹部无明显瘢痕，无并发症发生。结论弹性针钩辅助经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术在基层医院安全、可行，且更方便快捷，美容效果好。

Application of serf - control flexible needle hook assisting the navel single port laparoscopic cholecystectomy in basic - level hospital

Objective To discuss the feasibility and advantage of self-control flexible needle hook assisting the navel single port laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods The date of 56 patients with cholecystectom were retrospectively reviewed from September 2009 to September 2011 in the Ningyang People＇s Hospital. Results All operations were successful. The operative time was 30 - 120 min, the aver age time was（75 ±32） rain. Blood loss was 3 - 10 ml,the average loss was（5 ±5） ml. After 24 h of surgery, gastrointestinal function was recovered. Hospitalization time was 3 - 5 d, the average time was 4.5 d. There wsar no significant abdominal scar and complications after two weeks. Conclusion Flexible needle hook assisting the navel single port laparoscopic cholecystectomy is a safe and feasible technique in pri- mary hospital.
