| 摘 要： | 研究了脱乙酰壳多糖对细菌的抗感染作用。给昆明系小鼠腹腔注射壳多糖3次(每次剂量300 mR/kg 体重),然后以金葡菌或大肠杆菌进行腹腔感染。观察小鼠体重变化与死亡情况,并与对照组比较.结果接受壳多糖的小鼠体重增加,死亡数明显降低(P<0.05)。而体外试验表明壳多糖不能直接杀死细菌,说明壳多糖通过增强机体免疫功能而起抗感染作用.

| Abstract: | In this paper,the antibacterial effect of chitosan on infection was reported.The Kun- ming mice receiving on intraperitoneal injection of chitosan in the dosage of 300mg per kilo- gram body weight for three times were then infected in the abdominal cavity by staphylococ- cus aureus or E.coli.The condition of health of mice was observed.It was found that the weight and number of death of the mice pretreated with chitosan were significantly different from that of control group(P<0.05).Chitosan in vitro has no direct bactericidal effect.It is indicated that chitosan has the antibacterial effect by immunomodulation. |
