商业流动人员AIDS知识同伴教育及安全套推广使用效果评估

摘    要:目的 了解商业流动人员对艾滋病(AIDS)知识的掌握情况,探索在该人群中开展预防AIDS的健康教育模式。方法 对商业流动人员进行AIDS知识同伴教育和安全套推广使用,干预前后分两次抽样采取一对一问卷调查,辅予定性资料,评价干预效果。结果 干预后商业流动人员的AIDS知识知晓率有显著提高;性传播、血液传播、母婴传播AIDS的知晓率分别提高至98.90%、99.45%、98.08%;轻视态度由6.50%降至0.55%,回避态度由14.40%降至2.19%,断绝往来的态度由8.17%降至O.27%,关心、开导的态度由56.20%升至77.81%;安全套可预防AIDS的认知率由40.60%升至87.95%,安全套正确使用率由85.20%升至94.25%,干预前后差异有显著的统计学意义。结论 以同伴教育和安全套推广使用为主,结合大众媒体、现场宣传等综合干预手段,是适合商业流动人员行之有效的健康教育模式。

Abstract:Objective To understand the level of AIDS knowledge among business floating population groups and to explore the model of health education for them Methods The interventions adopted included peer education on AIDS related knowledge and promoting condom use among business floating population groups. Face to face interviews with specially designed questionnaires were carried out among sampled respondents before and after the interventions, and meanwhile qualitative data and the effect of the interventions were evaluated Results The rate of correct answer regarding AIDS related knowledge among the business floating population groups increased significantly after the interventions. For example, the level of awareness of transmission via sex and blood and mother-child-transmission rose to 98.90%, 99.45% and 98.08 respectively; those with indifferent attitude towards AIDS dropped from 6.50% to 0.55%, while those attempting to evade the question on AIDS dropped from 14.40% to 2.19%; those refusing any contact with people living with HIV/AIDS dropped from 8.17% to 0.27%; those expressing care and understanding for people with HIV/AIDS rose from 56.2% to 87.95%; the level of knowledge of preventing AIDS with condoms and the rate of correct condom use rose from 40.60% and 85.20% to 87.95% and 94.25% respectively. As a whole, the difference before and after the interventions had statistical significance Conclusions Peer education and promoting condom use supported with mass media and on-the-sport publicity activities prove to be an effective and appropriate model of health education for business floating population groups.
