溃疡粉联合保护膜治疗小儿肠造口术后皮肤湿疹的疗效观察

目的:评价溃疡粉联合应用保护膜治疗小儿肠造口周围皮肤湿疹的疗效。方法:采用随机双盲的方法将60例肠造口后皮肤湿疹患儿分为实验组和对照组,实验组应用溃疡粉联合保护膜,对照组应用氧化锌软膏,外加每日灯烤2次。结果:实验组显效26例,有效3例,无效1例;对照组显效10例,有效18例,无效2例,两组之间治疗效果有显著性差异,实验组治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:溃疡粉联合应用皮肤保护膜治疗小儿肠造口周围皮肤湿疹效果良好,且使用方便,值得推广。

Curative effects of stomahesive powder combined barrier film for treatment of cutaneous eczema around stoma in children

Objective：To evaluate the effects of stomahesive powder combined barrier film for treatment of cutaneous eczema around stoma in children. Methods： 60 cases with cutaneous eczema around stoma in children were randomly divided into experiment group and control group, each of them was 30 cases. Experiment group was treated with stomahesive powder combined with barrier film, and control group was treated with zinc oxide ointment combined with lamp roasting. Results： In experiment group, the treatment effect of 26 cases were excellent, 3 were good, 1 was ineffective. In control group, the treatment effect of 10 cases were excellent, 18 were good, 2 was ineffective. The treatment effect of experiment group was significantly better than that in control group, and statistical significance was remarkable, P 〈 0. 05. Conclusion：Stomahesive powder combined barrier film for treatment of cutaneous eczema around stoma in children is a feasible and effective method, and is worthy of spreading.
