信息管理系统参与社区糖尿病患者健康干预效果分析

目的应用社区预防保健信息管理系统对社区糖尿病患者进行非药物干预活动,改变不良的生活习惯,提高相关知识知晓率,控制病情,减轻患者的医疗和生活负担,提高患者的生活质量。方法对拱宸桥社区卫生服务中心掌握的杭州市拱宸桥蚕花园社区糖尿病患者82人,进行干预前后的对比分析。结果干预后：糖尿病患者行为改变情况有明显提高,有显著性差异（P〈0.01）;糖尿病相关知识知晓率有明显提高,有显著性差异（P〈0.01）;糖尿病患者各生化指标值情况控制良好,其中甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白和血糖值均有明显差异（P〈0.05）。结论应用社区预防保健信息管理系统对社区糖尿病患者进行非药物干预活动,可以进行个性化管理,增强了管理的手段,提高了工作效率。

Information Management System Participation Community Diabetic Health Intervention Effect Analysis

OBJECTIVE The precautionary sanitarian information management system was used to meddle the behavio by nonmedication, then change the poor health habit as well as the unhealthy styles of living, improve the awareness rate of the diabetes mellitus related knowledge, control the illness, relieve some of the burden on both health services and life, so as to promote quality of life of patients. METHODS To make a analysis of all 82 diabetics in Community Canhuayuan of the Center of Community Health Service Gongchenqiao Hangzhou fore and after intervention. RESULTS After intervention, there were significant differences in behavior modification （P〈0.01）, and the awareness rate of the diabetes mellitus related knowledge was improved （P〈0.01）, otherway the biochemical indicator of behavior was controlled very well, especially triglycerides, low densith lipoprotein and blood sugar （P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION The precauutionary sanitarian information management system on the intervention of behavior by nonmedieation could be managed much more personally, increased the management methods and improved the quality of the community health service
