微生态制剂在溃疡性结肠炎治疗中的应用

微生态制剂定义为可促进肠道菌群平衡的微生物和物质。近年肠道菌群在溃疡性结肠炎（UC）发病中的作用日益受到关注，研究显示微生态制剂在UC诱导和维持缓解以及预防复发和并发症的发生中均有一定疗效，且不良反应较传统治疗少，因此有望成为治疗UC的新策略。本文就近年微生态制剂在UC治疗中的应用作一综述。

Application of Microecology in the Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis

Microecology is defined as organisms and substances which contribute to intestinal microbial balance. Recently, there are increasing interests in the role of gut flora in the development of ulcerative colitis （UC）. Microecology has been reported to have efficacy but fewer side effects than conventional drug therapies in inducing and maintaining remission, preventing recurrence and complications of UC, thereby, it may provide a new therapeutic strategy for UC. In this article, we reviewed the application of microecology in the treatment of UC.
