| 摘 要： | 1984年9月至1991年5月,该院外科治疗中、晚期食管、贲门癌70例,手术切除癌肿51例,切除组发生并发症15例次。本文着重对肺部并发症、吻合口瘘、乳糜胸的发生原因、处理及预防进行了讨论。介绍了作者在中、晚期食管、贲门癌外科治疗的经验,强调早期诊断,力争彻底切除病变的重要性。

| Abstract: | 70 cases of mid-later stage esophageal and cardiac carcinoma were surgically treated in our hospital from Septenber 1984 to May 1991. Tumors in 51 cases were resect ed. Among the 51 cases, complications occurred in 15 case-time. This paper discusses the causes, treatment and prevention of pulmonary complications, anastomotic leak and chy lothorax. The experience in the treatment of mid-later stage esophageal and cardiac carcinoma is presented and the importance of early diagnosis and thorough resection is stressed. |
