胆囊癌患者细胞和体液免疫水平的测定及其临床意义

为探讨胆囊癌患者的免疫状态及其对结石在胆囊癌发病机理中的作用，采用散射浊光计免疫法检测了单纯胆囊癌，伴胆石胆囊癌，胆石症患者和健康人的血清补体和免疫球蛋白水平，并采用抗体夹心ＥＬＩＳ 上述各组血清Ｔ淋巴亚群，胆汁和血清中的白细胞介素－２（ＩＬ－２）和可溶性白细胞介素－２受体（ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ）的水平。结果显示，单纯胆囊癌及伴胆结石胆囊癌患者的细胞免疫受抑制，其ＣＤ４细胞和ＩＬ－２水平较正常对照组低，Ｃ

DETERMINATION OF LEVELS OF CELLULAR IMMUNITY AND HUMORAL IMMUNITY IN PATIENTS WITH GALLBLADDER CARCINOMA

Serum IgG, IgA, IgM, C3 and C4 were determined by neophelmetric immunoassay, serum and biliary IL2, sIL2R levels were measured by a twoantibodysandwich enzymelinked immunosorbent assay in patients with simple gallbladder carcinoma, with both gallbladder carcinoma and gallstone, with simple gallstone and healthy individuals. The results showed that: Compared with controls, the gallbladder carcinoma patients had obviously lowered serum and biliary levels of IL2 and CD 4 cell; and they presented a marked increased serum, biliary levels of sIL2R and CD 8 cell. There was correlation between the levels of sIL2R and CD 8, IL2 and CD 4 in the patients with gallbladder carcinoma and their clinic stage. Compared with the patients with gallbladder carcinoma, gallstone patients presented a marked decreased serum and biliary level of sIl2R and CD 8 cell, and a marked increased serum and biliary level of IL2 and CD 4 cell. The results suggest that: The patients with gallbladder carcinoma have immune depression; In the patients with gallbladder carcinoma and gallstone, gallstone as a injury factor broke the balance between CD 4 and CD 8, the balance between IL2 and its receptor; T cell subpopulation and sIL2R, IL2 levels may be used as markers to predict the changes in patients with gallbladder carcinoma.
