哮喘灸穴位敷贴治疗哮喘的疗效分析

目的:分析采用哮喘灸(强效型)穴位敷贴治疗哮喘的疗效。方法:对照组(55例)常规药物治疗,治疗组(63例)在此基础上加用哮喘灸(强效型)贴敷大椎穴和身柱穴或中穴辅助治疗。结果:治疗组显效25例,有效34例,总有效率为94%;对照组显效18例,有效27例,总有效率为82%;治疗组有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:哮喘灸(强效型)穴位敷贴治疗寒型哮喘,止喘效果好,缩短了病程,且方法简单、安全,无不良反应、无痛苦。是治疗寒型哮喘的一种较好的辅助疗法,适合临床应用。

Effect of point application with Asthma moxibustion on asthma

Objective： To explore the effect of point application with Asthma moxibustion on asthma.Methods： Regular medicine treatment was applied to control group（55 cases）,and point application with Asthma moxibustion on Dazhui point,Shenzhu point or middle point based on regular treatment was used in treatment group（63 cases）.Results： 25 cases showed remarkable effect,and 34 cases had effect,with total efficacy as 94% in trearment group;while 18 cases had remarkable effect,and 27 cases had effect,with total efficacy as 82% in control group.The efficacy was significantly higher in treatment group（P0.05）.Conclusions： Point application with Asthma moxibustion has satisfactory effect on asthma in cold type,and can shorten the course.It is simple,safe,painless,and without side effect.It is a applicable auxiliary therapy.
