纤维支气管镜对肺不张的诊断价值探讨

目的探讨纤维支气管镜（纤支镜）检查在肺不张病因诊断中的价值。方法296例肺不张患者行纤支镜检查，并对其病因、镜下特点进行分析。结果纤支镜的检出率为85．1％（252／296），其中年轻患者肺不张原因以炎症为主，年老患者以肿瘤为主。结论纤支镜检查能明确肺不张病因，原因不明的肺不张如条件允许应行纤支镜检查。

Diagnostic value of fiberbronchoscopy in atelectasis

Objective To understand the practical value of fiberbronchoscopy in determination of etiological factors for atelectasis. Methods 296 cases of atelectasis were examined by fiberbronchoscopy. Meanwhile, causes for atelectasis and findings of bronchoscopy were analyzed. Resuits Among 296 cases, the causes of atelectasis in 252 cases were confirmed by fiberbronchoscopy （85.1% ）. The major cause of atelectasis in younger patients was inflammation while lung cancer was the main cause in eider patients. Conclusion Fiberbronchoscopy is the most important approach for confirming the etiology of atelectasis, and it can be served as the guidance for treatment of atelectasis, Patients with atelectasis for unknown origin should he examined with fiberhronchoscopy.
