数字化医院经济管理模式的创新与实践

Innovation and Practice of Digital Hospital Economic Management Mode

Abstract This article represents the cause of formation of hospital multi-dimensional reform and economic management mode innovation, introduces methods and approaches of innovation of economic management mode, system, mechanism and technology in digital conditions, and advances systematic collection of economic data, precise assessment of cost accounting, digital performance evaluation of staff, operation decision-making automatic analysis, and humanization service mode of economic information with creativity. Three-in-one type of organization for operation, material and finance, and cooperative operation mode of drug material ＂centralized offer, purchase and management＂ operation and financial matters are carried out. Fact shows, the new economic management mode integrated with management philosophy, management flow and information system, not only remarkably enhanced the economic working quality and management efficiency, but also promoted the general operation management level of the hospital.
