指动脉逆行岛状皮瓣临床应用69例报告

目的报道应用三种不同的指动脉逆行岛状皮瓣修复指腹、指端侧方缺损及末节截指伤的临床疗效。方法于2001年9月～2004年6月，根据手指损伤的部位、形状和面积应用该皮瓣修复69例手指损伤创面。结果皮瓣全部成活，经术后3～32个月的随访，皮瓣质地优良，外形与感觉均恢复满意。结论指动脉逆行岛状皮瓣是修复手指缺损创面的常用方法，具有操作简单、安全可靠，术后治疗和护理较为容易等优点。

Application of reverse island flap of digital artery in 69 cases

Objective To report the clinic effect on repairing defect of finger with reverse island flap of digital artery. Methods Form Sep 2001 to Jun 2004, according to the site, shape and area of defect surface of wound in 69 cases, we applied reverse island flap of digital artery for repairing it. Results All the flaps survived, and folling-up from 3-32 months, they obtained satisfactory qulity, shape and function. Conclusion It is a usually method that applying reverse island flap of digital artery for repairing defect of finger, and it has much merits, such as simple operation, safe and easy to nursing.
