进展性缺血性脑卒中相关危险因素

目的：探讨进展性缺血性脑卒中的相关危险因素。方法：选择我院1999～2009年163例缺血性脑卒中患者,首先对18个变量行单因素分析,然后对阳性变量行多因素Logistic逐步回归分析,筛选缺血性脑卒中发生的相关危险因素。结果：高血压史、感染、加拿大卒中量表（CNS）评分、高血糖、TG、纤维蛋白原、脑水肿、颈动脉粥样硬化性狭窄、同型半胱氨酸和D-二聚体10个变量与SIP发生显著相关（P〈0.05）;脑水肿、颈动脉粥样硬化性狭窄、高血糖、感染、高纤维蛋白原水平和同型半胱氨酸6个因素是缺血性脑卒中发生的危险因素。结论：脑水肿、颈动脉粥样硬化性狭窄、高血糖、感染、高纤维蛋白原在缺血性脑卒中发生中具有重要作用。

Progressive Ischemic Stroke Associated Risk Factors Analysis

Objective：To investigate the related risk factors of progressive ischemic stroke.Methods：163 cases PIS patients were retrospectively studied.First,18 variables were screened by single factor analysis,and then all the masculine varibles were screened by multiple logistic regression analysis.Results：The single factor analysis showed that 10 factors including hypertension history,infection,CNS,hyperglycaemia,TG,fibrinogen,cerebral edema,cervicalis atherosclerotic stenosis,homocysteic acid,D-dimeride entered the model,and we can know that cerebral edema,cervicalis atherosclerotic stenosis,hyperglycaemia,infection and hyperfibrinogen were the related risk factors progressive ischemic stroke.Conclusions：Cerebral edema,cervicalis atherosclerotic stenosis,hyperglycaemia,infection and hyperfibrinogen were the related risk factors progressive ischemic stroke.The result provides theory basis for clinic treatment.
