| 摘 要： | 目的：了解深圳市MSM人群不使用安全套原因，为行为干预提供依据。方法：采用统一设计的调查问卷对MSM人群进行调查。结果：调查对象平均年龄27．9岁，来自全国各地，未婚居多，文化程度相对较高，安全套使用率低，过去1年每次性行为均使用安全套的比例为20．5％，同性性行为不使用安全套的原因主要有：对方是稳定的性伴侣和爱人、对方年轻看起来没病、对方没有滥交。结论：深圳MSM危险性行为普遍，安全套使用率低，艾滋病极有可能在此人群中流行，应尽快采取预防措施。
