| 摘 要： | 通过克氏针钢丝张力带与钩状钢板二种内固定方法对治疗肩锁关节脱位的疗效比较，探讨更合适治疗肩锁关节脱位的内固定方法。用克氏针钢丝张力带内固定治疗肩锁关节脱位55例，钩状钢板内固定治疗17例，将二者的治疗结果和并发症进行比较。结果：克氏针钢丝张力带组较钩状钢板组更容易诱发创伤性关节炎，且容易发生并发症，关节功能恢复较后者稍差（P＜0．05）。表明对于手术治疗肩锁关节脱位，钩状钢板内固定更符合肩锁关节的力学环境，功能恢复较克氏针钢丝张力带组优。

| Abstract: | The objective of the paper is to seek the rational method of the internal fixation for acromioclavicular dislocation (ACD) through comparing the therapeutic effects of Kirschner nail wire tension band (KWTB) and unciform plate (UP) internal fixations on ACD. Fifty-five cases of ACD were treated with KWTB fixation and 17 cases of ACD were treated with UP fixation, and the treatment results and complications of the two fixing methods were compared. The results showed that the incidences of traumatic arthritis and complications in KWTB group were higher than those in UP group, and the recovery of the joint function of the former was poorer than that of the latter (P < 0.05), indicating that UP internal fixation for surgically-treated ACD accords with the mechanical environment of the acromioclavicular joint and has an advantage over KWTB group in the function recovery. |
