| 摘 要： | 2011年版《国家基本公共卫生服务规范》在2009年版的基础上,不仅人均服务经费标准提高了,而且扩大了服务对象,增加了服务项目和服务内容。《健康教育服务规范》作为《国家基本公共卫生服务规范》其中一项,主要由社区卫生服务中心或乡镇卫生院负责组织实施,以社区为健康教育的基本单位来开展健康教育工作,在实施过程中应注重全民性、针对性、知识性、指导性、参与性策略。
