| 摘 要： | 目的探讨治疗脑性瘫痪(CP)患儿斜视的新方法。方法观察8个月～3岁CP患儿斜视85例115眼,治疗前后经眼科检查。采用感觉统合治疗,平均随访1年。结果功能治愈13%,不完全性功能治愈72.2%,无效14.8%,总有效率85.2%。婴儿组(8～18个月)疗效明显优于幼儿组(19个月～3岁)(P<0.005)。结论感觉统合治疗对CP患儿的斜视有治疗效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the new methods treating strabismus in children with cerebral palsy(CP). Methods 85 CP children with strabismus at the age of 8 months to 3 years old were treated with sensory integration curing. The following time were about 1 year.Results The total effective rate was 85.2%.The good effective rate in infantile group at the age of 8 to 18 months were higher than those of the child group at the age of 19 months to 3 years old(P< 0.005).Conclusion It is demonstrated that the sensory integration curing is only an effective method of therapy for CP children with strabismus. |
