肌肉高频超声成像及其纹理分析

目的：观察正常肌肉及萎缩肌肉高频超声（13MHZ）成像特点，进一步研究计算机纹理分析在超声图像中的应用价值和临床意义。方法：检测12例神经源性肌萎缩患者，18例肌源性肌萎缩患者及32例正常人的双侧大腿中下部内侧，前侧，后侧肌群，观察二维图像特征和差异，对获取的单幅图像做计算机纹理分析。结果：萎缩肌肉的二维超声图像与正常肌肉存在较明显的差异，以进行性肌营养不良最为显著，纹理分析中的各个特征参量能定量分析描述肉眼难以分辨的细节变化，但具体的临床意义需要大量病例，病理的对照性研究确定。结论：纹理分析在临床超声图像分析中具有相当的应用价值。

High frequency UltrasoundImaging of Muscle and Their Texture Analysis

Objective:To study the high-frequency imaging of the patientswith myoatrophy and analyze their texture.Methods：Twelve patietns with neurogenous myoatrophy,18 patients with myogenic myoatrophy and 32 normal persons were examined on the medial,anterior and posterolateral muscles in the lower middle parts of bilateral thighs.We analyzed the ultrasonic characteristics and their texture.Results:The texture parameters of the myoatrophic groups were significantly diferent from those of the normal group in ultrasonographic images.Conclusions:The texture analysis in ultrasound images has potential applicable value for clinical diagnosis.
