超临界CO2流体萃取草果挥发油成分分析

摘    要:利用超临界CO2流体萃取技术从草果中萃取挥发油,并用GC-MS在线计算机信息检索分析技术,对解析釜Ⅰ、解析釜Ⅱ中的挥发油分别进行成分分析,得到81个峰和110个峰,分别鉴定出65种和93种成分。

Abstract:By using the extraction technique of supercritical CO2 fluid on Amomum tsaoko Crevost et Lemaire, essential oil could be got and then be applied to GC-MS online computer retrieval analysis. After a study on essential oil both in isolated pot I and II, 65 and 93 components were identified respectively.
