| 摘 要： | 肾综合征出血热 (ＨＦＲＳ)是一种广泛流行于世界各大洲的自然疫源性疾病 ,我国为重疫区 ,江西省又是该病发病较高疫区。为深入研究出血热的流行规律 ,掌握流行动态及发病趋势 ,为制定防治策略提供科学依据 ,现将江西省 1995～1999年ＨＦＲＳ的流行特征分析如下。1.流行特征 :(1)发病情况 :江西省 1995～ 1999年ＨＦＲＳ 5年发病总数为 894 9例 ,发病率为 4 .4 6 / 10万 ,病死数为 70例 ,病死率为 0 .79%。发病数及死亡数均以 1996年最低 ,分别为 14 38例和 12例 ,而发病数最高为 1998年 ,为 2 0 91例 ,病死数则以1995、1997两年最高 ,均为 …
