| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨肝胆管结石的手术方法。方法 :回顾分析 6年来 ,采用皮下通道型空肠肝胆管盆成形术 ,治疗肝胆管结石并狭窄 17例临床资料。结果 :术后近期无严重并发症。 2例复发急性化脓性胆管炎 ,其中1例经皮下通道取石治愈 ,另 1例经皮下通道引流治愈。 1例复发胆总管结石 ,经皮下通道取石成功。结论 :该术式有效防止了逆行胆道感染 ,经皮下通道引流 ,取石简便易行 ,取代了再次复杂的胆道手术

| Abstract: | Objective: To discuss operative method in treating hepatolithiasis.Methods: 17 cases of hepatolithiasis with bile duct strictures treated with subcutaneous tunnel and jejunum hepaticoplasty in our hospital over past 6 years were analysed retrospectively.Results: Short_term postoperative suppurative cholangitis(Aosc) in 2 cases,one patient recovered after removal of the stone via the subcutaneous tunnel,another recovered after drainage via the subcutaneous tunel.Calculus of common bile duct in 1 case,which recovered after removal of the stone via the subcutaneous tunnel.Conclusion: The approach is easy and effective.It can prevent retrograde inflammation of bile duct.The disadvantage of traditional choledochojejunostomy can avoid by the new operation. |
