| Abstract: | The writer of the article reviewed and analyzed the difficulties in the development the People's Hospital of Dangchang County and explains clearly that the basic reason for the better and faster development is to abide by the law of scientific development.The hospitals at county level in poverty-stricken areas can realize the scientific development of real meaning only if they face reality,seek development with scientific views and practise rigorously the development strategies of firmly holding on "management,project and talent". |
