52例早发型重度子痫前期临床治疗体会

目的：探讨早发型重度子痫前期临床特点及治疗方法，提高临床治疗水平。方法选取本院2012年1月~2013年12月收治的52例早发型重度子痫患者为研究对象，回顾性分析其临床特点及针对性的治疗方法。结果经相应治疗后患者孕龄平均延长（8.5±177;3.5）d。52例患者中治疗效果不佳8例，其中血压控制不当2例，胎盘早剥者2例，低蛋白血症严重者4例。终止妊娠及时者7例。结论了解早发型重度子痫前期临床特点，采取相应的诊疗方法，及时终止妊娠，能有效的减少妊娠高血压等并发症。

Experience of 52 cases of early onset severe preeclampsia

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and treatment methods of early onset of severe preeclampsia to improve the level of clinical treatment. Methods 52 cases of early onset severe preeclampsia patients in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2013 as the research object, a retrospective analysis of the clinical characteristics and targeted therapies. Results After treatment, patients with gestational age extended by an average of （8.5＆#177;3.5）days. In 52 cases, poor treatment results in 8 cases, including inadequate control of blood pressure in 2 cases, 2 cases of placental abruption, 4 cases with hypoproteinemia severe. 7 cases of termination of pregnancy in time. Conclusion The understanding of early onset severe preeclampsia clinical characteristics, diagnosis and treatment methods adopted relevant, timely termination of pregnancy, can effectively reduce the hypertension of pregnancy complications.
