| 摘 要： | 目的观察护理干预对肿瘤患儿疼痛的影响及生活质量评价。方法56例肿瘤患儿随机分为2组，对照组给予常规护理，干预组给予护理干预，观察并记录2组患儿疼痛变化情况及生活质量的评价。结果实施干预护理后，2组入院治疗后疼痛均较入院前明显缓解，其中干预组入院1周、2周时视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评分明显低于对照组，二者比较差异有统计意义（P〈0．05）。护理干预后2组生理功能、饮食控制、规范服药、活力、总体健康等方面均有不同程度改善，干预组明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论护理干预可以明显减轻肿瘤患儿疼痛，提高生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effects of nursing intervention on the pain caused by tumor and quality of life. Methods 56 cases of children with tumor disease were randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group was given routine nursing, the intervention group was given nursing intervention. Observed and recorded the pain and quality of life. Results After implementation of nursing intervention, 2 groups on admission and after treatmerit significantly eased the pain. At the end of 1 week or 2 weeks, VAS score in the treatment grou,, was significantly lower than that of the control group, there was statistical difference between the two groups （ P〈0.05 ）. After the nursing intervention, physiological function, diet control, standardized medication, vitality, and general health were improved to different degrees. Intervention group was better than control group （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion Nursing intervention can significantly reduce the patients＇ pain, improve the quality of life. |
