摘 要: | 目的 研究输液袋加压法在宫腔镜检查中的应用价值.方法 将进行宫腔镜检查的102例患者按入组时间分成2组:输液袋加压组50例,采用输液袋加压法用于宫腔镜检查;液体膨宫泵组52例,采用液体膨宫泵法用于宫腔镜检查.均采用局部麻醉下检查,按需进行相应操作,如取异物、取活检、摘除息肉、定位诊刮等.术中观察2组患者恶心、呕吐、下腹胀痛、血压变化等情况并进行比较.结果 2组患者术中恶心、呕吐、血压下降及下腹胀痛发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);输液袋加压组患者行宫腔镜检查的手术时间明显短于液体膨宫泵组[(7.0±1.2)min比(16.0±1.2) min],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);输液袋加压组膨宫液用量明显少于液体膨宫泵组[(450 ±3)ml比(1 000 ±2)ml],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 输液袋加压法用于宫腔镜检查,安全、简便、有效,替代液体膨宫泵,使宫腔镜检查趋于简便安全.

Abstract: | Objective To explore the use of pressurize transfusion in hysteroscopy.Methods All the cases were divided into two groups.In the study group,pressurize transfusion was used.In the control group,liquid inflation uterus pump was used.Local anesthesia was used in all the cases during the operations such as taking foreign substances,biopsy,taking polypus.The symptoms of nausea,vomiting,abdominal distention and blood pressure were observed.Results There were no differences between two groups regarding the symptoms of nausea,vomiting,abdominal distention and blood pressure(P 〉 0.05).The operating time of the study group[(7.0 ± 1.2) minutes] was significantly shorter than that in the control group [(16.0 ± 1.2) minutes (P 〈 0.05)] ; the liquid volume in the study group was (450 ± 3) ml,while in the control group the volume was (1 000 ± 2) ml.There were differences in the blood sodium between two groups (P 〈 0.05).Conclusion Pressurize transfusion in hysteroscopy is safe,simple and effective in replacing liquid inflation uterus pump. |
