中西医结合治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎150例疗效观察

目的探讨中西医结合治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎的临床疗效。方法选取本院2008年1月至2014年1月收治的小儿轮状病毒性肠炎患儿300例,随机分为2组,每组150例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,治疗组在此基础上联合中药治疗。观察2组患儿的疗效、相关症状及体征恢复时间。结果治疗组痊愈率和总有效率分别为58.00%,95.33%,对照组分别为48.00%,84.67%,2组患儿痊愈率和总有效率比较,差异均有统计意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组腹泻停止时间、脱水纠正时间、平均治愈时间以及总疗程均短于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组治疗3 d后大便转阴率显著优于对照组,2组比较差异有统计意义（P〈0.05）。结论中西医结合治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎疗效显著,缩短了腹泻时间,且提高了大便转阴率。

Clinical observation of 150 cases of infantile rotavirus enteritis treated with the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of combined treatment of rotavirus enteritis with traditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods 300 cases of infantile rotavirus enteritis in our hospital from 2008 January —2014 January were randomized into 2 groups,150 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional western medicine,the treatment group was additionally given traditional Chinese medicine. Observed the effect of the 2 group about the related symptoms and signs as well as recovery time. Results The curative rate and total effective rate were 58. 00% and 95. 33% in the treatment group,respectively were 48. 00%,84. 67% in the control group. 2 groups of children had statistical difference in curative rate and total effective rate（P〈0. 05）.Diarrhea stopping time,dehydration time,average cure time,total course of treatment in treatment group was shorter than that of the control group（P〈0. 05）. After 3 d treatment,stool negative rate in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The curative effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine is significant in treating children with rotavirus enteritis,and diarrhea time is greatly shortened,the stool negative rate improved.
