| 摘 要： | 目的观察中西医结合治疗小儿肺炎的临床疗效。方法将180例我院儿科收治的肺炎患儿按就诊顺序随机分为对照组和治疗组各90例,对照组90例采用单纯西医常规治疗,治疗组90例在对照组治疗的基础上配合中药内服及中药雾化吸入治疗。结果治疗组总有效率为95.6%,对照组为86.3%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗小儿肺炎疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine in treating pediatric pneumonia. Methods 180 cases of pediatric pneumonia children were ran-domly divided into control group and treatment group with 90 cases in each group. Control group was treated with routine western medicine, the treatment group based on the therapy of control group was additionally treated with oral traditional Chinese medicine and atomizing inhalation. Results The total effective rate was 95.6% in the treatment group, 86.3% in the control group. There was statistically significant difference between the 2 groups （P〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine has obviously clinical effcts in treating pediatric pneumonia. |
